1. Program Overview

The Electrical Construction Referral Network (ECRN) is a structured referral compensation program operated by Delta Construction Partners. By participating in the ECRN referral program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be a registered member of the ECRN network in good standing. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees and immediate family members of Delta Construction Partners are not eligible to receive referral compensation.

3. Referral Compensation Structure

Referral compensation through ECRN is variable and determined at the sole discretion of Delta Construction Partners. Any compensation figures displayed on this site or in ECRN materials are estimates only and are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual compensation may be higher or lower depending on the role, client, placement terms, and other factors.

Compensation is generally structured by placement level. The tiers below represent estimated ranges and do not constitute a guarantee or binding offer:

Tier 1 — Field Professional: Est. $2,500 per successful placement. Includes journeyman electricians, apprentices, and skilled tradespeople placed in field roles.

Tier 2 — Foreman / Superintendent: Est. $5,000 per successful placement. Includes foremen, general foremen, and superintendents managing crews on active construction projects.

Tier 3 — Project Manager / Estimator: Est. up to $10,000 per successful placement. Includes project managers, senior estimators, and operations leads managing full project lifecycles.

All compensation amounts are estimates. Final payout amounts will be confirmed in writing by Delta Construction Partners prior to processing. ECRN reserves the right to adjust compensation at any time without prior notice.

4. No Guarantee of Compensation

Participation in the ECRN referral program does not guarantee any compensation. Referral payouts are contingent upon successful placement, completion of the guarantee period, and final approval by Delta Construction Partners. The display of estimated compensation figures on the ECRN website or in any ECRN materials does not constitute a promise, commitment, or binding agreement to pay any specific amount.

5. Payout Conditions

Referral compensation is paid only upon successful placement and completion of the guarantee period as defined by Delta Construction Partners at the time of placement. The guarantee period is typically 90 days from the referred individual's start date, during which the placement must remain active and in good standing.

If a placed individual leaves or is terminated before completing the guarantee period, no compensation will be issued or any previously issued compensation may be subject to recoupment at Delta Construction Partners' discretion.

6. Referral Submission

All referrals must be submitted through the official ECRN referral platform. Referrals submitted through unofficial channels will not be eligible for compensation. Duplicate referrals for the same individual will be attributed to the first verified submission on record.

7. Tax Responsibility

Referral compensation may be considered taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on referral compensation received. Delta Construction Partners will issue a Form 1099 for compensation totaling $600 or more in a calendar year where required by law.

8. Program Modifications

Delta Construction Partners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ECRN referral compensation program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to compensation tiers or eligibility requirements will be communicated via the ECRN platform or by direct notification to registered members.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding referral compensation must be submitted in writing to Delta Construction Partners within 30 days of the disputed event. Delta Construction Partners' determination on all compensation disputes is final.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising out of or related to this program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
