Starting a new role can be overwhelming especially if you are leading multiple on-going projects. When inquiring about current and upcoming projects it should be clarified where each project stands to date. By asking this question, you’ll find out what  projects are near completion or which project need a push to meet deadlines. This way you can eliminate being caught off guard coming into your new role.

Asking about company values is one interview question that you cannot forget about. When asking what values the potential employer is founded on will most likely foreshadow the type of work environment you will join. If possible, ask about shadowing opportunities. 4. What can i expect for compensation?

But first, know when it’s the right time to ask! 

There’s no question that compensation plays a key determinant in accepting a new role or not. However, know when it is appropriate to ask about compensation. Do not bring up salary or pay on your first interview, save those questions for following encounters.
