CLAIRE DEGEARE

As Vice President of Sales & Client Relations, Claire oversees client relationships and acquisitions. She is a natural-born leader with a passion for helping others, possessing the ability to connect with people, assess their needs, and present them new markets and opportunities aligned with their long-term goals. Claire sits on the Leadership Committee, striving to enhance the internal workplace and support DCP projects and boost company morale.

Claire graduated from the University of South Florida (2019) with a business degree while working full-time at DCP. She was hired as an Executive Recruiter in 2019, before being promoted to Senior Recruiter, then Account Manager, and most recently, Senior Account Manager with oversight of the Electrical Division. She has an incredible team of Recruiters that support her Partner’s needs, nationwide.

Claire supports Suncoast Voices for Children, Out of the Darkness Walk, and various other philanthropic organizations in the Tampa Bay Area. In Claire’s free time, you will find her working on her physical fitness, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying all of the many things the Sunshine State has to offer.
