Tori is originally from Upstate New York. She relocated to Florida with her mother when she was fourteen and has been here ever since. Tori graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Psychology. In her free time, Tori enjoys cooking, crafting, and creating decorative items for her home, family, and friends. She loves art in all forms and is always looking for new things to try in the arts and crafts world. Tori began her career in recruiting three years ago and decided immediately it was her passion. Upon immersing herself into the industry, she realized quickly helping others to achieve their career goals was one of the most rewarding things she’d ever experienced. Her educational background allowed her to easily communicate with professionals to gain a deep understanding into not only their professional goals, but also how those tied into their personal goals. This is where Tori has found most of her recruitment success, by building relationships with candidates on a level of genuine concern for the well-being and ambitions.
Hannah’s Favorite Success Story
“The best day of my career so far was the day I placed a recent college graduate with one of my clients. He was green, frustrated, and repeatedly turned down when I called him to see what his career goals were. After multiple conversations, I was able to gauge just how intelligent, eager, humble, and most importantly capable this candidate was. After hours of work, I was able to convince my client that although he was green, he was worth a conversation. Within one week he was offered a position making $10k more than he anticipated. Writing his thank you card for allowing me to represent him and seeing how grateful he was, was more to me than any financial gain. In this field, true success for me comes from making the perfect placements but both candidate and client.”
