At Delta Construction Partners, we’ve always believed that company culture isn’t something you say, it’s something you build, practice, and refine every single day. This year, we’re proud to announce that we’ve officially earned our Great Place to Work Certification.

We’re the first to acknowledge that culture is a journey, not a destination. We’ve been building on a strong foundation over the last year, and it’s thanks to all our employees – new and tenured, for continuous collaboration that has helped (and continues to) make us who we are today.

The foundation of every great workplace is listening. For us, that means maintaining 360-degree feedback loops, so every team member’s voice is heard and that we’re consistently acting on input. It’s important that we keep these lines of communication on company updates, roll-outs, and changes within the organization, which is why we keep a consistent weekly all-hands meeting for those topics, along with anything else our employees want to discuss openly.
