Holly has been with Delta since its inception and is one of Delta’s Co-Founders and Chief Financial Officer. As a Florida native, Holly has had the pleasure of volunteering for numerous organizations in the Tampa Bay area and is currently a passionate board member of Suncoast Voices for Children. Holly feels blessed to spend her days surrounded by Delta team members who share in her servant heart.

Marci has been the right-hand woman to everyone at Delta since March 2013 and wears every hat imaginable. As the woman who keeps our office running and helps the team meet their recruiting goals, there’s always a new challenge to tackle. Marci is originally from Kentucky, was raised just outside of Pittsburgh, and moved to Florida where she discovered that the Tampa Bay area is the place to be. She graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a degree in photography and loves taking LOTS of pictures. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and friends. Marci loves animals, being out on the water, going to art festivals, and having fun. Whether it’s volunteering at Ronald McDonald House in St. Pete, donating to PetPal Rescue, working with the SPCA, participating in back-to-school programs to help underprivileged kids with school supplies, or donating to local missions for the homeless & hungry, Marci spends a good amount of time giving back locally. She is a member of the Elks Lodge, a charitable foundation that gives millions in scholarships, helps veterans and children, and has the best green thumb in town!

As one of the most tenured employees at DCP, Kelly has been a Delta Family Member for over a decade. After 10 years in the office, Kelly and her husband relocated to the mountains of Carolina where she works remotely and manages a team of remote recruiters. Prior to living in St. Petersburg, Kelly grew up in the Chicago Suburbs and is a loyal Cubs and Bears fan.
