Holly’s Vision for Growth at Delta
“We have consistently grown every year. Not only have we grown in revenue each year, but we have grown in the number of clients we collaborate with. We have also grown in the number of candidates we represent. More importantly, we have grown in the amount of team members we have. As our Delta team expands, so does our ability to enhance the lives of all the electrical construction professionals we serve. I am very excited about our new Mechanical division. We plan on having it rolling by the close of 2018. I am also excited about having an International division. We anticipate a highly accelerated growth for Delta in 2019.
I see a bright future for Delta. Our team is comprised of extremely dedicated, focused individuals that seek and build relationships throughout the electrical construction industry. Our strength lies in identifying and finding the perfect match for a client and a candidate. Our goal is to find our client the perfect candidate and to find our candidate their perfect new professional home. I like to think of Delta as the match.com for electrical professionals. We are constantly seeking a win/win for all stakeholders involved.
It completely makes my day when one of our recruiters receives a thank you note from a candidate they guide to a career advancement. Our mission is to champion the lives of all construction professionals we serve. We take this mission seriously. Our mission statement is at the front of my mind with each decision I make here at Delta. That statement is the number one priority of my day. I love working at Delta because I am surrounded by team members who have the same priority. We are a team that is passionate, committed, and dedicated to helping others. At the end of the day, that is what makes me love working at Delta.”
