Jason brings years of sales experience and a relationship-first approach to every conversation. A Florida resident for most of his life and a graduate of Florida State University, he believes that lasting success is built on integrity, keeping your word, addressing challenges early, and always doing the right thing. He values listening to understand, not simply to respond, and is committed to creating meaningful value for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys golfing, discovering great restaurants, relaxing with a fine Cuban cigar, watching movies and TV shows, and appreciating high-performance cars.
