GABY DAVIS

As the Operational Project Manager at Delta Construction Partners, Gaby Davis utilizes her multifaceted background and her passion for organization and planning to support all the company’s endeavors outside the day-to-day recruitment operations.

Gaby’s career began at the Florida Department of Children and Families, where she honed her skills as a true “jill-of-all-trades.” During her time there, she gained invaluable experience that would later serve as the foundation for her project management career. Her ability to seamlessly tackle a wide range of tasks and challenges made her an indispensable asset to the department, achieving multiple promotions, certifications, and awards, including Employee of the Year in 2017.

Recognizing her innate talent for organizing and planning, Gaby decided to transition into project management, a field where she could thrive while making a significant impact. At Delta, Gaby tries to honor her late father (a life-long Electrician and Foreman)’s memory by supporting the recruiters who change the lives of construction professionals nationwide.

Gaby is also a dedicated mother of three boys and has cherished five years of her happy marriage, with a lifetime to go. In her free time, she indulges her love for adventure by exploring theme parks, immersing herself in books, and planning family quests for her boys.
