Raquel grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance. Her experience is in construction and human resources. She worked in the construction industry as an Electrical Project Manager and Estimator with a top 10 ENR contractor. Prior to that, she worked in Human Resources and third-party contracts. Raquel has a wonderful husband and is a mother to two beautiful children. She loves spending time with her family and running, cycling or strength training with the Peloton community when she’s not helping the best candidates in the construction management field find their dream opportunity.
