Carlos joined Delta Construction Partners with a background in sales, leadership, training, and relationship management across several industries. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients, business owners, and team members to understand their needs, solve problems, and build lasting professional relationships. His experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments allows him to bring a competitive, adaptable, and people-focused approach to recruiting.

Before entering the construction recruiting industry, Carlos built much of his sales experience in insurance, working as both an agent and sales supervisor. He helped clients understand their options, trained and coached other agents, and supported team performance. This experience strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and understand what motivates people to succeed.

Carlos approaches recruiting with curiosity, transparency, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates. He takes pride in helping skilled professionals advance their careers while connecting clients with the talent they need to grow.

Originally from Cuba, Carlos was raised in Florida and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, gaming, discovering new music, and watching movies.
