Originally from the Carolinas, Lauren joined Delta Construction Partners with a background in marketing, relationship building, and customer experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Coastal Carolina University before beginning her career at Orangetheory Fitness, where she discovered a passion for building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences for members. That foundation helped shape her people-first approach to both recruiting and marketing.

At Delta, Lauren supports recruiting and marketing initiatives by connecting top construction professionals with outstanding career opportunities while helping strengthen the company’s brand and outreach. She enjoys getting to know candidates, understanding their career goals, and helping make connections that benefit both individuals and clients.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dog, Roxy, being on the water, exploring new places around Florida, and baking sourdough bread. She values spending time with family and friends and is passionate about building community.
