DUKE MAGNAN

Duke Magnan is our Chief Happiness officer here at Delta. Duke is an English Chocolate Labrador Retriever and hails from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, coming from very humble beginnings. His human, Kiley Magnan, a student at the University of Alabama, volunteered at a shelter. After being found tied to a tree and emaciated, Duke was brought to the same shelter. Kiley made it her mission to take him home with her and give him the love he deserved.

Thus, the start of his new life began. He lived with his human and a few of her sorority sisters and quickly became a die-hard fan of the University of Alabama Football and got his Doctorate in Good Boy-ology. When the party was over, he relocated here to St. Petersburg, FL. It was then that he met Bob Magnan, and an unbreakable bond sparked.

Duke is a pretty charming talker. He has a big bark that he loves to use to voice his opinions, and despite putting on a very stoic front, he wears his emotions on his sleeve. Aside from coming to work every day bringing smiles, laughter, and joy to all, his favorite activity is running amuck on the golf course every evening. Duke is the middle child to his Husky Malamute sister, Ziva, and his Golden Retriever cousin, Beauregard.
