Victoria is an Electrical Account Manager at Delta Construction Partners, where she focuses on building and managing strong partnerships with electrical contractors and construction clients. She works closely with companies to understand their workforce needs, project goals, and long-term growth strategies, ensuring they have the right talent in place to successfully deliver their projects. Victoria takes pride in maintaining trusted relationships with her clients and providing a high level of service, communication, and industry insight throughout the hiring process.

In addition to supporting her clients, Victoria is passionate about helping electrical professionals take the next step in their careers. Originally from Texas, Victoria relocated to Florida in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Cory, and their three pups—Huxley, Lola, and Nike. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, Victoria loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends.
