Executive Recruiter Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation for the Executive Recruiter in Clearwater, FL is dependent upon experience, skill level and successful history of performance.

Executive Recruiter Qualifications:
  • Must have 3+ years previous recruiter experience.
  • Must be outgoing and confident, with great, positive personality.
  • Must be extremely comfortable making outbound calls. This position requires the professional to have strong phone skills and experience.
  • Experience within Construction Recruitment/Account Management.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office.
  • Local to our headquarters in Clearwater, FL.
  • Must be well-spoken with great communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Must be computer literate with great typing skills and data entry experience.
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
  • Economically motivated.
  • Must want a long-term employment opportunity.
  • Must have a positive outlook and attitude, competitive personality, and be willing to work collaboratively with Delta’s successful sales and marketing team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Executive Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Hitting metrics daily including phone calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn Connections.
  • Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with candidates and potential clients.
  • Work as part of our team to achieve company and client goals simultaneously.
  • Suggest actions to improve recruiting performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible for updating ATS system daily with accurate information.
  • Attend trade shows as needed, on behalf of Delta.
