Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. We have been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Fire Alarm Division Manager with a focus on fire alarm systems.
Fire Alarm Division Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $150,000 – $175,000 total compensation (negotiable for top talent)

Fire Alarm Division Manager Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in low voltage systems, with a strong background in fire alarm work
- Experience leading teams on large commercial or industrial fire alarm projects
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA codes, fire alarm control panels, and life safety systems
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (Not Required)
- NICET, PMP, RCDD, or equivalent certifications
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- CRM software experience
Fire Alarm Division Manager Responsibilities:
- Fire Alarm Division Manager will lead and grow the division with a focus on commercial fire alarm systems
- Oversee fire alarm installations, testing, inspections, and code compliance
- Mentor and manage project teams, estimators, and field leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business
- Set division goals and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability
- Full P&L responsibility: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Review and negotiate contracts and scopes of work
- Stay up to date on fire/life safety codes, technologies, and industry trends
- Ensure execution of all projects aligns with company standards and safety protocols
- Identify and solve operational and project-related challenges proactively
