Coming from a family of educators, Angie was raised with a deep belief in improving the lives of others. That mission continues to guide her work today, whether she’s helping someone make a career move or supporting a client in filling a critical role.

With a background in elementary education, Angie brings a people-first, purpose-driven approach to recruiting skilled professionals in the construction industry. As a former teacher, she developed key strengths in evaluating individual potential, building trust, and communicating clearly across diverse audiences. Managing a classroom taught her how to juggle multiple priorities, listen with intention, and guide individuals toward their goals. Angie now uses these skills daily to match candidates with the right opportunities and help construction companies build high-performing teams.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with her three dogs—walking them, playing with them, or just relaxing on the couch together. When it’s vacation time, Angie heads to the Florida Keys with her boyfriend for some of her favorite things: fishing, boating, and diving for lobsters.
