Ben Rasmussen is a construction recruiting and talent advisory professional with a passion for connecting great people to great companies. As part of the Delta Construction Partners team, Ben works closely with electrical contractors, general contractors, and specialty firms across the country, helping them build strong teams that can execute, grow, and scale.
With years of hands-on experience recruiting construction leadership and skilled professionals, Ben brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to his work. He understands that hiring in construction isn’t just about filling seats it’s about finding people who can lead crews, manage pressure, deliver projects, and fit the culture of an organization. Whether supporting contractors with Superintendents, Project Managers, Lead Foremen, or other key roles, Ben focuses on long-term alignment rather than short-term transactions.

Outside of work, Ben brings the same discipline and energy to his personal life that he brings to his career. He actively competes in strongman competitions and maintains a rigorous training schedule,
which has shaped his mindset around consistency, preparation, and resilience. For Ben, strength training isn’t just a hobby it’s a reminder that meaningful results come from showing up every day and putting in the work, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Family is at the center of Ben’s life. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Olivia, and their four kids, whether that means weekends at home, supporting their activities, or making memories together while traveling. Ben and his family love exploring new places, and travel has become one of their favorite ways to unplug, recharge, and gain perspective.
