Driven by a passion for helping others and building strong relationships, Dean has joined Delta Construction Partners as an Executive Recruiter, committed to serving as a valuable resource for both candidates and clients by treating their hiring priorities as his own.

Dean brings nearly three years of recruitment experience, along with a background in sales within the commercial and industrial electrical industry to the table. By combining a people-first approach with his recruitment and staffing expertise, he strives to be a trusted partner for candidates in finding opportunities perfectly tailored to their goals and experience.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria, and taking advantage of everything sunny Florida has to offer, especially golfing and fishing. Originally from the frozen lakes of Minnesota, hockey has always been a way of life for him. Adjusting to Florida hasn’t changed that passion, especially since the Sunshine State is now claiming the title as the new “State of Hockey.” Dean also has a passion for traveling and experiencing new places, people, cultures, and of course, food. No matter where they plan to go though, he and his wife often find themselves returning to Greece and indulging in their favorite Greek dishes.
