EMILY EBERHARD

Originally from Buffalo, Emily made the move to Florida in 2015 to trade in snow for sunshine and escape the cold winters. After earning a marketing degree from the University of Pittsburgh, she kicked off her career in recruitment before moving into construction project management, where her leadership skills and strategic vision propelled her to the role of Vice President of Operations. In her current role as Director of Talent Strategy, Emily focuses on building strong teams, fostering growth, and delivering results that make a real impact on the bottom line.

When she’s not working, you can find Emily on the golf course, hanging out with her dog, or getting in a good workout.
