Gray joined Delta Construction Partners as an Executive Recruiter with a background in leadership, sales, and operations across several industries. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business owners and executives to solve complex challenges, build high- performing teams, and drive organizational growth. This experience allows Gray to approach recruiting with a strong understanding of what companies truly need in top talent and how the right hire can impact long-term success.

Before moving into executive recruiting, Gray held leadership roles in fast-paced, results-driven industries where he managed teams, negotiated strategic partnerships, and developed client relationships nationwide. Working directly with decision-makers gave him valuable insight into how great organizations are built and what separates strong candidates from truly exceptional ones.

Gray brings a relationship-driven and consultative approach to every search, focusing on aligning the goals of both clients and candidates to create lasting professional partnerships.

Outside of work, Gray enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. An avid golfer and fisherman, he’s always looking for an excuse to be on the course or out on the water. At home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Izabela and their two dogs, Millie and Rory.

They are especially excited to soon welcome their first baby girl.
