As an Executive Recruiter at Delta Construction Partners, Miles is driven by a simple but powerful mission: watching people’s lives change for the better. A lifelong Floridian, Miles graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Hospitality Management, a foundation that instilled in him a deep commitment to service and relationship building. 

Before entering the talent space, Miles spent over a decade as a PGA Professional. This experience shaped his approach to career advocacy, teaching him that success is built on patience, precision, and
consistency. He eventually transitioned into the technology sector, serving as a Recruiting and Success Director where he specialized in helping individuals navigate their way into tech and reach their highest potential. Today, he leverages that experience to act as a true advocate for his candidates, finding fulfillment in opening doors that lead to reaching their career goals. 

Outside of the office, Miles’ passion for golf remains constant. When not working, you can typically find him somewhere between the tee and the green. When he isn’t on the course, he’s likely embracing his favorite role as his niece’s and nephew’s favorite uncle.
