Sam Sikorski believes in this mission and aims to implement this everyday by becoming a trusted partner for both clients and candidates. Though Sam is new to the field, she is very dedicated to building strong, long-lasting relationships and helping as many potential candidates as possible find the right clients to work with. She learns fast and is not afraid of a challenge!

Sam grew up as a military brat, and as such has a strong work ethic, and she won’t give up easily. She has worked in customer service, health care, and hospitality previously. With these experiences, she built the skills of listening and learning to understand what her customers want, and relies on her insightfulness and compassion to understand what they need. Sam is confident she will be successful at matching the right candidate with the right client!
