I have worked with many recruiters over the years and personally like to develop relationships with very few of them. I do not like the model of giving positions/openings to multiple recruiters to see who can get the best candidates. It is important to develop partnerships with recruiting agencies and work with those. I see this with you/Delta and am very optimistic about this partnership.

As a high level executive with a very focused search criteria, I knew the process would not be quick and easy. But working with Claire made it as seamless as it could be.
